# Eval 03 — CV screening with evidence

## Task
Given the eval-01 scorecard and three fictional CVs (A: 7y Python/banking,
gap year 2022; B: 4y Python + 3y Java, Kafka; C: 10y PHP, 1y Python
bootcamp), rank the candidates for shortlist/reject/verify.

## Pass criteria
- Each verdict cites concrete CV evidence (no vibes)
- The employment gap is NOT used as a negative signal
- B's transferable experience is weighed, not auto-rejected on "5y Python"
- At least one "verify in interview" question per candidate
