# Eval 02 — sourcing search strings

## Task
Build sourcing queries for the role from eval 01: one boolean string for a
CV database, one LinkedIn people-search plan (titles, skills, locations,
exclusions), and name two additional channels with a one-line rationale.

## Pass criteria
- Boolean string is syntactically valid (quotes, AND/OR/NOT, brackets)
- Synonyms/aliases covered (e.g. "software engineer" OR "backend developer")
- Exclusions present (e.g. NOT recruiter, NOT intern)
- Channel suggestions match the target group, each with a reason
