# Eval 04 — structured interview guide

## Task
Create the structured interview guide for the eval-01 role: 6 core questions
(mix of behavioural and technical), scoring anchors 1-5 per question, and a
45-minute agenda for a two-person panel.

## Pass criteria
- Same questions for every candidate; question order fixed
- Each question maps to a scorecard dimension from the intake
- Anchors describe observable behaviour (not "good answer")
- No illegal/discriminatory questions (family planning, age, origin, health)
