## Task
From fictional ATS data (120 applicants, 30 screened-in, 12 first
interviews, 4 finals, 1 offer, offer declined; sources: board 70, LinkedIn
30, referrals 20; role open 45 days), write the weekly hiring-manager digest
with funnel, source effectiveness, risks and two concrete recommendations.

## Pass criteria
- Numbers are consistent and conversion rates computed correctly
- Source effectiveness compares screened-in rate per source (not raw volume)
- The declined offer triggers a root-cause hypothesis + countermeasure
- Recommendations are actionable (channel shift, process change), not generic
