Ad (first 2000 chars):
Audio Visual - Equipment Return Manager
At Synergetic, we make our clients look great in front of a lot of important people. To do that, our equipment has to come back from events, get checked in properly, repaired when needed, and returned to the shelf ready for the next show. We’re looking for a Return Manager to own that process and keep our warehouse running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, in-office role based in our warehouse. There are no work-from-home options for this position.
What You’ll Do • Manage and oversee all equipment returns from live events. • Schedule and direct shop technicians for daily returns and QC work. Create and communicate an actionable plan every day. • Scan, process, and shelve equipment quickly and accurately. Know what is in the shop. • Collaborate with other managers to identify bottlenecks and improve processes. Constantly communicate, prioritize, and adapt. • Generate daily progress reports for your team’s accomplishments, activities and plans. • Keep a clean warehouse personally and by directing staff.
Who You Are
You’re someone who thrives in an active warehouse environment and takes pride in order, accuracy, and follow-through. • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. • Needs to operate in a clean, orderly work environment. • Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities • Clear and effective communicator, verbally and in writing • Comfortable making independent decisions within a defined scope • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn • Solutions-oriented and operationally minded
Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in the live event A/V industry • Strong familiarity with audio-visual equipment used for live events • Comfortable working in a 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse and being on your feet • Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory systems • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs • Available to work Thursday through Monday 7:00 am to 3:3
