In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating hearing aid candidacy, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and building lasting relationships with patients through education, followup care, and community engagement. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using bestpractice clinical protocols • Interpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions based on patient needs and lifestyle • Present product options clearly, emphasizing value, longterm benefits, and patient outcomes • Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including new, premium technology from major manufacturers • Perform routine followup visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairs • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measures • Deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinical outcomes • Collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills • Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required) • Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patientfriendly manner • Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting • Commitment to ethical practice and patientfocused care • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
