Civil Service Administrative Officer

Civil service administrative officers perform administrative duties in civil service organisations and government departments.   7. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
  8. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
