Channels & compliance
- Which channels are approved (boards, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals)?
- Which ATS/tools must be used? Where is the system of record?
- Legal/DEI constraints (works council, equal-opportunity wording, data-retention rules for applicant data)?
- Employer-brand assets available (career page, testimonials, benefits)?
Existing material
