Eval 02 — sourcing search strings

Task

Build sourcing queries for the role from eval 01: one boolean string for a CV database, one LinkedIn people-search plan (titles, skills, locations, exclusions), and name two additional channels with a one-line rationale.

Pass criteria

• Boolean string is syntactically valid (quotes, AND/OR/NOT, brackets)
• Synonyms/aliases covered (e.g. "software engineer" OR "backend developer")
• Exclusions present (e.g. NOT recruiter, NOT intern)
• Channel suggestions match the target group, each with a reason
