Use when the user asks for typical kitchen porter work such as: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.; Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.; Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Kitchen Porter

Kitchen porters wash and clean kitchen areas, including pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and dishes. They prepare the kitchen area before service, and receive and store supplies.

Core workflow

  1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
  2. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
  3. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  4. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
  5. Sweep or scrub floors.
  6. Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
  7. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  8. Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
